Report a venue

Use this form for an academy, club, café, player community or recurring tournament in Hà Nội that the listing lacks, or for a line on a card that is wrong.

A link does most of the work: the academy’s page, a tournament row, a notice with a date. Messages are read together at the next revision, compared with that page, and every change that follows is dated in the edit record.

What is your message about?
A new venue: what is played or taught there, and when. A mistake: the line of the card that is wrong.
Address of a web page, a chess-results row or a public post where this can be read.
So we know who wrote; it never appears on the site.
For example a Zalo or phone number, if you prefer it to email.

Leave at least one contact, an email or another one. It stays private and is used only if you ask for a reply.

What happens to what you send is explained under privacy.

What happens next

  • Your message waits with the others until the next revision of the listing.
  • It is then compared with the academy’s or organiser’s own pages; if they confirm it, the card changes and the change is dated.
  • Without a page to support it, the card stays as it is and keeps its “not confirmed” line.
  • Nobody writes back unless you ask for a reply and leave a contact.
